Overview
Role: Accounts Office Team Member Location: Coventry, West Midlands Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 My Client are an established Accountancy Practice and are looking for someone to joint their Virtual Accounts Office. This position is ideally suited to someone who is AAT Qualified and has 2 years of experience within Practice For this role you must have experience working within an Accountancy Practice. Daily Duties will include, however may not be limited to: Sales and Purchase invoice processing Inputting of takings, Income and Expenditure records Reconciling Bank Income and Expenditure Supplier Statements and Credit Control Dealing with Client queries and queries direct from our Clients suppliers and customers Preparation of Management Accounts and VAT returns Working as part of a team with its own Client portfolio The applicant will have the following skills and qualities: AAT Qualified Previous Accountancy experience is essential Excellent customer service and IT skills Good communication skills are essential The ability to work to deadlines and be able to work on your own initiative at times Self-motivated, efficient and hard working Pay attention to details Meticulous in maintaining records Able to interact positively with staff at all levels Confidential Punctual Able to take responsibility Articulate Benefit package: Annual salary - depending on experience Further study support available 37 hours per week Flexi-time available Auto enrolment pension scheme 20 days annual leave holiday per year 8 Statutory days leave The option to 'purchase’ a further 10 days’ annual leave This vacancy is being managed by Jack Broomfield Spear Recruitment Ltd Spear Recruitment Ltd is an Employment Agency acting as such under the Employment Act 2008 and Employment Agencies Act 1973.
