Temp to Perm Accounts Assistant opportunity for a successful SME organisation within the Manufactring and Production sector based in Coventry. Client Details The Accounts Assistant vacancy is with a growing SME who due to continued expansion now need an extra finance specialist to support their central finance team in Coventry. The business can offer a varied finance position with a supportive manager to assist in the candidates development. Description The Accounts Assistant role will involve: Supporting with the Purchase and Sales Ledger Processing and raising invoices accordingly Completion of bank and supplier statement reconciliations Supporting with financial accounting tasks including VAT returns, EC sales and Intrastat reports Journals accruals and prepayments Credit Control Allocation of customer payments Profile The ideal applicant with have previous exposure to a varied finance role and have some experience in working within he Manufacturing and Production sector in a finance capacity. You will have strong communication skills, an excellent team work ethic and be confident in the use of IT systems including Sage and Excel.
