Temporary Accounts Assistant job Coventry Your new company The Accounts Assistant vacancy is within a SME who due to an unexpected work load now need an extra finance specialist to support their central finance team in Coventry. The business can offer a varied finance position with a supportive manager to assist in the candidates development. Your new role The Accounts Assistant role will involve but not limited to: Supporting with the Purchase and Sales Ledger Processing and raising invoices accordingly Completion of bank and supplier statement reconciliations Supporting with financial accounting tasks including VAT returns, EC sales and Intrastat reports Journals accruals and prepayments Credit Control Allocation of customer payments What you'll need to succeed The ideal applicant with have recent relevant experience and exposure to a varied finance role and have some experience in working within he Manufacturing and Production sector in a finance capacity. You will have strong communication skills, an excellent team work ethic and be confident in the use of IT systems including Sage and Excel.
