Overview
Are you looking for a role that is outside the normal office hours? Do you have strong customer service skills and confident on the phone? Are you looking to work for a successful and expanding team within Ipswich town centre? My client who prides themselves on their customer service is looking to expand their current team within their out of hours department to handle customer enquiries and input relevant information on their data system. They have the following hours available: 17.30-22.30 of 4 on 4 off shifts. £8.46 an hour. £16,500 full time equivalent. What’s involved? Your day to day duties will include the following: Answering all calls with a professional telephone manner and answering them within an agreed time frame. Inputting relevant information onto their database Calling all customers back within the agreed timescale Following company procedures Keep up to date with all of the administration support required. Making sure workload is kept within a 2 day turnaround. Why you? You will be a confident communicator, both written and verbal and be able to work to tight deadlines.
