Overview
Are you Customer focused, looking to work with a great team? Due to expansion, a reputable Insurance Broker are looking to recruit a new Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Ipswich. You will be responsible for handling Classes of Business including Home, Motor and Travel. You will be issuing Quotes, New Business Policies, Midterm Adjustments, Renewals and Cancellations/Lapses. You will be familiar with and adhere to strict FCA, DPA, TCF and MID regulations and liaise with your Customer via telephone, written communication and occasionally face to face. Our Client are looking for a focused individual who wants to exceed Clients expectations in the delivery of service, be enthusiastic and delight your Client with what you do and how you do it. If you are confident and have experience with Personal Lines Household and Motor Policies with an Insurer or a Broker this could be just the opportunity for you We are pleased to be considering both full and part time candidates with a minimum requirement of 3 days a week. Please note that 1 in 4 Saturdays are a requirement (9am - 12.30pm) but this will be paid in addition to your basic salary.
