Overview

Our client who provides a range of Insurance and Accident Management solutions has a great opportunity for an Insurance Customer Service Advisor, dealing with the customer notification of claims/accidents. This position would ideally suit a candidate who is currently working within the insurance/claims industry and is looking to take the next step up the career ladder, however candidates that display excellent customer service experience or skills will also be considered. Key Duties & Responsibilities: To take telephone calls from customers regarding update on their vehicles. To communicate with repairers and suppliers regarding the collection of non-driveable vehicles and windscreen repairs. To accurately record all the relevant customer and accident details. Problem solving Basic customer complaints Responsible for agent utilisation Part time hours; Weekends, Bank Holidays & Twilight hours (17.30-22.30). Please be advised this office is open 24 hours, 7 days a week.
