Overview
Working with an intermediary who are looking to recruit a well-rounded Employee Benefits Consultant to join their team in London/South-East. The role will be a split between managing a portfolio of existing clients with new business targets to grow this via new channels, whether this be cross-selling or new clients that you introduce to the business. It is important that you hold the Diploma in Financial Planning for this position, or are very close to achieving it as this is a CF30 position. The package also includes a car allowance and competitive bonus Secure new clients and generate profitable income for the group covering pension, financial education and employee benefits management Manage an existing client portfolio To develop and promote the total proposition to maximise opportunities Deliver high quality service and advice as part of development as a Trusted Partner Act as the primary point of contact for the client and to establish an effective relationship with them To prospect and secure new clients in line with agreed targets To achieve and grow a portfolio of clients to agreed income targets and objectives Partner with other business areas such as marketing, telemarketing and the wider organisation on the identification, profiling and conversion of new leads To establish and implement sales campaigns as appropriate To provide accurate reports incorporating activity and results Work closely with relevant support teams to provide excellent service to clients Provide technical advice and support as required to client employees To provide relevant and timely communications and engagement to client employees To handle more complex cases requiring a high level of experience and expertise Visit the IDEX Consulting Ltd website for further opportunities.
