My client is a very busy family run business based in Milton Keynes and they are seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent basis. Job Description A customer sales background is essential. They are looking for someone that is willing to hit the road running, however there will be plenty of support if needed. Key Activities Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls Responding to email correspondence Dealing with all customer account queries in line with expectations Provide outstanding levels of customer service Deliver against KPI’s Eliminate process errors whilst providing outstanding customer service to all customers
