My key client, a well-recognised and growing Top 30 International Firm, is looking for an exceptional Accounts Senior/Management Accountant to join their fast paced and ambitious team. Your new department has a varied portfolio of over 400 international clients from real estates, retail, technology, hospitality and entertainment sectors. Many of the clients have subsidiaries in the UK and are also Owner Managed Businesses. This role will become a managerial role, where you will be supervising and training junior members of the team together with sustaining and building continuous relationships with clients. Overview of the role as an Accounts Senior/Management Accountant: Preparation of statutory accounts with consolidations Preparation of management accounts for your portfolio of clients VAT returns Mentoring, training and supervising junior members of the team Ownership of client accounting records Direct contact with the clients and other departments within the firm Requirements of the role as an Accounts Senior/Management Accountant: ACA/ACCA Qualified or Finalist Leadership and managerial skills Previous experience in preparation of statutory accounts and management accounts Experience in system implementation desirable but not essential Benefits of the role as an Accounts Senior/Management Accountant: Working in Top 30 firm £38,000 - £45,000 per annum Yearly bonus of up to 10% Individual career plan 26 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays Pension contribution up to 6% Exposure to a varied portfolio of the clients Many opportunities and support to achieve your goals in the UK and internationally Accounts Senior/ Management Accountant in Top 30 Firm £38,000 - £45,000 per annum plus Bonus Central London
