See www.stihl.co.uk We are recruiting for an exciting field-based role to support delivery of the Dealer Development Programme to our dealer network throughout East Anglia and parts of the South East. The Role: Every member of the Dealership Development Team is an integral part of everything Stihl delivers, and you will be no exception. Your role will include: Visiting dealerships to construct and update shop systems Installing and advising on prime positioning of STIHL displays Improving merchandising to be more visually appealing to customers Assisting with training dealership staff in the demonstration and effective sale or products Identifying new sales opportunities Building strong relationships with dealerships The Benefits: A competitive basic salary plus company vehicle, 25 days holiday, private healthcare and dental, 10% employer pension contribution, subsidised gym membership, cycle scheme, childcare vouchers and product discounts. The Person: We are looking for a n active, energetic and dynamic individual with enthusiasm for practical roles and outdoor activities. Your additional qualities will include: Based in East Anglia and able to travel extensively, with nights away from home Happy to work on your own and as part of a team Previous experience of working in retail, events or marketing Knowledge of shop layouts, product promotion and setting up displays The self-confidence to generate ideas and concepts as well as influencing customers A passion for customer service and a proven ability to problem solve Full driving licence.
