Job Title: Senior Online Merchandiser Department: Ecommerce Location: Islington, London Reports To: Head of Ecommerce Apricot is a fast growing multi-channel women's fashion brand that is passionate about print. The Apricot brand was born in 2007 with the aim of producing beautiful clothing collections that appeal to both mother and daughter. Bringing something fresh and new to the high street, Apricot aspires to deliver what every woman's wardrobe needs - from well produced staples to limited edition and trend-led fashion pieces. This role in a nutshell * Work alongside the Head of Ecommerce to deliver all internal & external projects on the digital roadmap. * Ownership of web KPI- Conversion, AOV and UPT. * Responsible for content, product & stock accuracy on the web. * Manage day to day online merchandise entailing customer journey from the landing page to checkout for UK and other international urls. * Take initiatives on developing a seamless user experience on the website. * Ownership of online merchandise including but not limited updating homepage, sorting, filter, LHN, Top nav. * Produce weekly trade reporting analysis, sharing insights on WoW & YoY performances. * Work alongside the online digital marketeer & retention executive to ensure there is consistency in all live campaigns. * Work closely with the warehouse merchandising team to ensure stock allocation are accurate and up to date. * Responsible for flagging any missing stock and raising requests for higher stock allocation for bestsellers. * Ownership of PLP, product descriptions, accurate product recommendations etc. on PDP. * Responsible for seamless online & store operations using one platform. Qualifications/Experience/Skills * Planning & analysis experience in online retail environment, preferably women's fashion. * Advanced excel & data manipulation skills. * Accomplished user of Magento 2 & Adobe sensie. * Avid user of google analytics. * Strong communication & presentation skills. * Self-motivated and passionate about online fashion. * High attention to detail, excellent organisation and time management skills * Proactive team worker * Strong commercial outlook * Flexible approach to the role If this has piqued your curiosity and sounds like something that will get your heart beating faster and your ideas flowing, please apply below and we'll be in touch within a few days.
