The business is developing in line with expectations and has ambition for ten times growth in a managed and sustainable manner. Organic revenue growth with profitability is the focus. In addition, building critical IP through customer implementation of technical solutions and service to create long term contracts is the emphasis. The business has a high level of professional service consultancy combined with long term managed services and revenue. The leadership team is innovative and robust, combining many years of technical and management competence, the advisory and board are highly sophisticated and able to network at significant and high levels. The executive board are now focused on investing further in developing the professional services capability and are looking to build on the current leadership and capability within the team to enhance customer engagement solutions, techniques and capacity. In addition to engage with customers, the breadth of skills, technology and experience within the broader business to focus on commercial outcomes for customers. You will be a skilled customer orientated and commercially minded advisor/leader who can drive consulting growth, clearly bringing teams of people with you. You will be very adept at managing and leading across a range of customer functions and influencers to include CTO, Commercial and Board decision makers. You will clearly have considerable Cyber technology, services and advisory knowledge and track record, having ideally been in a specialist cyber advisory business.
