Overview
Your new company One of the UK's fastest growing media planning and buying agencies are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team of 4 based in their Oxford Circus office. Your new role Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the companies finances and, therefore, the company as a whole. Your day to day duties will include the following: Matching, batching, coding and processing media invoices Resolving discrepancies between media client teams Obtain approval for and ensure completion of overhead invoices Registering supplier invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Liaising with suppliers and resolving queries Reviewing Aged Payable ledger What you'll need to succeed The successful applicant will be a friendly and sociable Accounts Payable Clerk with at least 1-2 years experience working in Accounts Payable, preferably within the media industry. They will also be a highly organised and numerate individual who has strong written and verbal communication skills.
