Recruitment Consultants at Hays are given the support needed to grow and develop as individuals, and as the team expands there will be a fast-track opportunity for career progression. This is a busy environment requiring exceptional drive and determination to succeed. The role will involve supporting Tier 1 main contractors, and we are therefore interested in talking to recruiters with experience of this sector who in turn are looking for autonomy and the room to manage themselves in a mature working environment.
