Overview

Excellent opportunity to join a leading independent building services consultancy as an Electrical Resident Engineer, on a contract basis in South East London. As the Electrical Resident Engineer, you will join a skilled multidisciplinary team based on site in Central London for an initial 3 months contract. You will be working on the delivery of a large rail project. Your daily responsibilities will involve performing a range of on and offsite activities including liaising with the client regarding design issues. Essential Requirements: Experience working within a similar role Knowledge of rail processes including RFIs, TQs and Quality Assurance. Working knowledge of relevant technical software including Amtech and Dialux Previous experience working within a client facing position Proven experience within the Rail/Building Services Industry Drive and determination Excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be required to liaise with clients and contractors Good organisational skills, with experience meeting strict deadlines It would be ideal for candidates to have a degree qualification in a relevant field, as well as having working knowledge of essential technical software. You will have the ability to work independently and to consistently high standards of quality, whilst taking control of projects and mentoring junior team members.
