Due to ongoing growth, they’re looking for two Platform Engineers to join their friendly team. As a Platform Engineer, your role will involve: - Launching, configuring and supporting highly available Linux or Windows based applications within public clouds and their supporting services - Modernising and operating client’s infrastructures and data platforms - Delivering and supporting automated and configuration processes - Acting as an escalation point for others throughout the organisation - Working alongside Database Engineers to collaborate on projects Interested? To be considered as a Platform Engineer, you will need: - Practical experience of launching, configuring and supporting either Linux or Windows based applications within Microsoft Azure - Expertise in a multitude of technologies - The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical people - Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical approach Other organisations may call this role Software Engineer, Stack Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Software Platform Engineer, Windows Engineer, Application Developer, Application Programmer, Web Applications Engineer, Linux Engineer, or Azure Platform Engineer.
