Are you seeking an Customer Support Administrator role based in Wantage Are you seeking a fun and vibrant office? Are you able to commit to the 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday? Are you seeking a salary of £18,000 for an opportunity at this level? My client is seeking an Customer Support Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team who can demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office Excel skills. This role is being offered on a full time and permanent basis at 40 hours per week, 20 days annual leave, parking available and with plenty of progression available. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Administrator Role Inputting billings into the system. Carrying out specific checks on invoicing for billing errors. Phoning or emailing suppliers with invoice queries. Dealing with debt or late payment reminders through calls and emails. Working on tasks to support service delivery to our customers as may be required. Communicating with customers to obtain information as relevant to the task or service delivery. Candidate Specification for the Customer Support Administrator Role Have good communication skills for dealing with customers, suppliers, and other team members.
