Overview

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for speaking and assisting on a day to day basis and helping to grow the business. The Customer Support Executive will form part of the Customer Support team and will also assist with all related tasks. Principal Duties: Dealing with all aspects of customer services - Incoming emails, live chats & calls Quoting customers, providing customer ETA on orders and general strong communication to customers. Entering/approving/shipping Sales orders within NetSuite Entering Prospect clients details onto the in-house database Sending software and confirmations to customers Dealing with Demo Kit requests and orders Liaising with stock controller for stock queries/back orders Taking part in product training and keeping up to date with new products Supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties The Candidate: Knowledge & Skill Requirements Customer focused Experience of using a CRM (NetSuite) Strong communication skills with multiple internal departments Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Ability to listen and articulate effectively Experience and understanding of Microsoft Office To gradually learn and amass knowledge and detailed understanding of Sales Must be a problem solver and able to work under own initiative. Needs to be content to work in a semi-rural environment To converse with all customers and the people throughout the organisation from Director level to bottom level.
