Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the Analytics team, propelling your career in the increasing growing world of data. You’ll be working with some of the hottest players in the industry with a wealth of data at your fingertips. The Data Analyst will be collaborating across departments to measure and report the performance of the Episerver’s product suite across the entire client base, whilst generating insight that will enable the business to optimise performance. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights Using data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot performance issues Creating, building and maintaining reporting suite Using your creative spark to identify opportunities so clients can see the value we add Improving internal data reporting About You Advanced Excel Advanced SQL Advanced Power BI DAX Experience in working with Dynamics/Salesforce CRM data Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions Collation, manipulation & analysis of data High level of attention to detail Highly numerate Ability to explain technical aspects of the service with non-technical audience Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving Good team player but ability to work independently when required About Us At Episerver, we champion hard working, bright talent and provide an environment to harness and develop your potential.
