Are you a highly passionate and ambitious HR professional? Do you have the ability to take ownership and use initiative? We have a truly exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a continuously growing, well known automotive organisation who are embarking on a positive period of change. As the HR Advisor you will support across the entire HR employee lifecycle and make process improvements where possible. Initially this role is based in High Wycombe however, the organisation will be transitioning to Leatherhead in due course. Key responsibilities; First point of contact for all HR queries such as maternity, paternity and payroll Updating HR documents and files with a high level of accuracy Ensuring all data is gathered for payroll Support with employee relation cases Day to day operational HR activity Profile You will be a driven, forward thinking HR enthusiast with the ability to build strong relationships across the business with ease. You will thrive on finding solutions and will have the ability to work using initiative. The chosen candidate will have experience of working within a fast paced business and will have the ability to hit the ground running.
