This role needs someone who can bring energy and enthusiasm in a focused and organised approach. You’ll need to be a brilliant communicator, able to talk to a wide range of stakeholders, produce written materials, and be confident with a range of IT applications. You will be excited at the opportunity to get involved in a range of fundraising activities focused on the charity’s major donors, ranging from events to digital communications. Philanthropy Executive Full-time Permanent Surrey Up to £26k depending on experience Key responsibilities of the role will include: Developing communications to inform and update major donors Researching and identifying potential future donors Supporting the Head of Philanthropy with donor meetings, tours, and events Actively engaging with the charity’s donor base to support the current capital appeal Working collaboratively across the organisation to inform and update team members Updating the organisations CRM database with donor information Helping to plan and deliver events for major donors The ideal candidate for this role will: Be a brilliant communicator, able to work with a diverse range of supporters and stakeholders Be highly organised, able to work with a range of different projects and people effectively Be energetic, enthusiastic, and positive in working approach Be motivated to work for a charity making a huge impact on the lives of those affected by disability Be experienced in researching, forming, managing and developing relationships Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects Be a confident relationship builder and ambassador who is proactive and self-motivated Focus on solutions, being innovative and creative to overcome challenges To register your interest and for more information please send your CV in the first instance.
