Overview

An experienced HR Manager required to join a growing company in a stand-alone HR position. Due to managing the full HR function the successful candidate would need have strong experience in managing the whole HR function for the business. There is flexibility on the hours and can be worked in a full time or part time capacity. Minimum of 25 hours per week. Based near Leatherhead, Surrey. Paying £35k-£45k per annum depending skills and experience. Pro rata for part time. CIPD Associate (level 5) or above/equivalent required. Consideration for study support for level 7. Responsibilities to include: Work directly with senior management to agree and implement the people strategy Support the managers with all HR related matters Manage the appraisal and review process Keeping up to date with legislation Lead the recruitment process for all vacancies including agency T&Cs agreements, CV screening, conducting interviews Be the first point of contact for colleagues on HR matters Deal with starters and leavers Manage all employee relations issues including conducting disciplinaries and grievances Health and safety and risk assessment of site Other ad hoc HR duties to support the full HR function in the business Provide weekly HR updates Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance Experience/Skills: Significant HR experience CIPD level 5 or above/equivalent Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
