Overview

Job Specification For: Customer Service Our client, a dynamic and upbeat company are currently looking for a new member to join their customer service team. You will be a key link between departments, dedicated to delivering the best experience possible. Job Description - Answer inbound calls, taking messages, pass on or deal with where possible - Register candidates for payroll - Scan and save documentation internally - Post-service calls to ensure high levels of service - Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Handle and resolve customer complaints - Keep records of customer interactions and transactions - Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints - Communicate and coordinate with internal departments - Follow up on customer interactions - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process Person / Experience Required - Delight customers and go above and beyond the call of duty - Has an intimate knowledge of and empathy towards the customers’ needs - Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally - Articulate details to customers in a way they can understand - Works accurately and with eye for detail - Has the best interest of both customer and company - Has the ability to use automated information systems to analyse the customers situation - Experience working in a customer focused role is preferable Please note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
