The Opportunity : Internal Customer Account Manager International Pharmaceutical Wholesaler To £38,000 Benefits - excellent opportunities for progression This international pharmaceutical organisation has entered a period of exciting growth in terms of both profit and volume - they are continually working to reinforce their market position and as a result of success in 2019 an opportunity has arisen to appoint a talented Customer Account Manager to join their commercial team. You will manage a broad cross section of accounts. Dealing with sales enquiries and sourcing of products from a range of international suppliers. You will also have the autonomy to personally manage and develop certain strategic accounts providing quotations and negotiating terms for accounts based in the UK and Internationally. Reporting to a Team Leader you will have a customer service background who can demonstrate real customer care, experience managing customer accounts and understanding the value of excellent customer service, an understanding of the Pharmaceutical and Import/Export markets would be of real benefit. Language skills would also be an advantage. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with realistic opportunities to progress your career. You : You will have at least 1 years experience in a Customer Service / Account Management type position and looking for your next challenge, confident dealing with enquiries over the phone with a highly organised approach.
