Overview

Customer Service Representative Location : Camberley Salary : £18-19,000 My client who are based in Camberley, are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. We are looking for candidates who have got strong experience in Customer Service. You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries over the telephone and over email. Daily Duties Answer incoming customer phone calls (within 3 rings) and emails (within 24 hours even if with a holding message) regarding invoice queries, product enquiries, service questions and general customer requests Meet Key performance Indicator (KPI) for 30 calls and 20 email a day Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution Go the extra mile to engage our customers Ensure we adhere to GDPR legislation when communicating with customers Ensure that a merchant receives an update on any outstanding issues daily until subject is resolved Actively listen to the customer and their queries whilst inputting notes on the CRM Skills GCSE’s or equivalent required Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Adaptable team player Experienced in customer centric roles Experience of working with CRM systems Exceptional personal organisation and time management Ability to meet deadlines
