Overview
Ward Nurse - Cosmetic Surgery Hospital Up to £27,500 per annum (dependant on experience) Birmingham, West Midlands 6 weeks annual leave, free parking, workplace pension Remit Compass Associates are working in partnership with one of the UK's leading independent providers of cosmetic surgery, weight loss surgery and non-surgical treatments. They are committed to providing a very high standard of surgical and non-surgical excellence in all of the procedures they provide. Due to continued business expansion, the company is now looking for a Nurse to join the hospital on a full-time basis joining their friendly ward team. The hospital has a total of 4 operating theatres, 30 en-suite bedrooms and specifically designed consultation rooms. The Candidate You will be assisting the ward team and ensuring that internal and external standards are maintained both in terms of patient care and other quality indicators. This is very much a hands-on role so would suit a nurse who is committed to providing excellence in customer service and patient care standards. You will be caring for all patients upon admission and immediately post operatively so surgical and wound care experience is essential. Requirements - Registered General Nurse (RGN) - Surgical and wound care experienced - A minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience - Flexible to work days, nights and weekends Benefits - Salary up to £27,500 per annum - 30% uplift on salary for weekends - Plenty of training and development opportunities Recommendations Compass Associates Ltd are working in partnership on this Position.
