If you're looking to add more tools to your Reward armoury, then they will help you put them there You'll get to advise on the full reward spectrum - all the latest comp and bens trends and initiatives, carrying out research, presenting benchmarking data, as well as supporting the full reward cycle including salary and bonus review.
