Reward & Recognition Officer / Analyst in Birmingham. Two year FTC role. Full or Part (0.5) time basis. Your new company A large and complex public sector organisation based in Birmingham. They are now looking to recruit 1.5 roles to join the Reward & Recognition Team. Your new role The Reward & Recognition Officer / Analyst will provide advice and support to the business on reward, pay, recognition, talent management, appraisals and engagement. Each Reward & Recognition Officer / Analyst will partner with a designated business area and will be responsible for job evaluations and queries for new job roles, changes to existing job roles and proposed restructures. The role is a 2 year fixed term contract. There is 1.5 roles available on a full time or part time (0.5 FTE) basis. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will be a Reward Advisor/Office/Analyst with strong job evaluation experience.The organisation will also consider applications for HR Generalists who are analytical and methodological, and who would be keen to now specialise in this area (full training will be given). You will be a strong team player with strong critical thinking and have excellent time management and communication skills. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of £26,999 to £33,799 (DOE) plus excellent benefits.
