Overview
Working as a Quality Manager for a recently re-structured manufacturing business earning up to £50,000. Your new company A manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury that has recently under-gone a re-structuring are now looking to hire a strong people leader as their Quality Manager. Your new role As the Quality Manager, you'll me managing a team of 5 Quality professionals across this 24.7 manufacturing facility. The Quality Manager will be reporting into the Operations Manager with a dotted reporting line to the Site Director. You will be expected to support the Production team in increasing the OTIF and JRFT ratios through root cause analysis. In several months time; you will also be expected to support the site in the continued development of processes by utilising the 5 why's and impacting the 8 wastes. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application for this Quality Manager opportunity, you must have strong people leadership qualities due to the on-going changes at site. You must have a lead auditor qualification and feel competent at delivering both internal and external audits. It would be highly beneficial to have experience and / or a professional qualification in Lean or Continuous Improvement. What you'll get in return As the Quality Manager, you'll be paid an annual salary of up to £50,000 dependant upon your experience.
