Overview
The Client – Development Project Manager: Castlefield Recruitment are are working with a large North-West based Housing Association who has ambitious development aspirations to deliver new homes across the North West. The Role – Development Project Manager: Assist in sourcing new schemes to add to the Development Programme, assisting and leading on delivering a variety of development projects Responsible for budgetary management and delivery of individual development schemes to programme Demonstrate an ability to lead on and be responsible for the presentation of individual development schemes to internal and external stakeholder To demonstrate the ability to be responsible for budgetary management and delivery of individual development schemes to programme, and within agreed financial parameters, providing appropriate data Ensure that H&S policy and procedures are adhered to and embedded to deliver effective and safe services and operations Ensure compliance with all Homes England capital guidance and standards The Person – Development Project Manager: Experience of delivering new build programmes in the Social Housing sector Knowledge of Homes England funding Proficient in the use of IT systems
