WAYLEAVE OFFICER OPPORTUNITY LOCATED IN HOME COUNTIES SOUTH AND WEST LONDON ROLE- WAYLEAVE OFFICER LOCATION- HOME COUNTIES SOUTH AND WEST LONDON DURATION- 6 MONTHS CONTRACT RATE- COMPETITIVE My client is an international electricity and gas company and one of the largest investor owned Energy companies in the world. They play a vital role in delivering gas and electricity to many millions of people across Great Britain and North-Eastern US in an efficient, reliable and safe manner. Duties As a Wayleave Officer you will be liaising with Land Owners, Occupiers, Agents, Local Authorities and other statutory bodies to secure all necessary legal and environmental consents to place new apparatus on third party land and gain access to existing apparatus Describe key competencies required. Proactive Customer Service (internal and external) Utilities background 5 years' experience Grantor and stakeholder liaison Project management (multiple schemes) Negotiation and settlement of claims Acquisition of wayleaves, easements, freehold and leasehold interests Acquisition of planning and environmental consents Adherence to legal compliance Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV in order to be considered.
