Account Manager / Client Services - Digital Marketing Solutions Our client is a well-established, growing and innovative organisation in South Wales empowering large retailers to sell, market and drive their products and services. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with huge retail brands and household names across the UK. Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking an experienced, professional and customer focused account manager / client relationship manager to support and nurture key customers and clients working closely with the sales and marketing director. Candidates with digital / online sales and solution experience are desirable. You must have a full driver’s licence and transport to apply The Role: Responsible for managing major accounts and relationships and developing strategies to maximise the revenue from your client patch. Owning day to day strategic relationships to retain and grow your top clients as well as keep them up to date on the progress with their campaign and leading performance reviews and optimisations. Working closely with other teams in the department to effectively drive the priorities of your clients and proposing new and exciting ideas to the market. You will have experience of managing key relationships on a business to business scale and be confident meeting, pitching and presenting face to face. The Person: Demonstrable experience in managing client relationship to improve retention numbers and maximise the revenue. Good understanding of the digital marketing space to comfortably discuss and advise on the offered products. Proficient in managing existing accounts and generating new ones which would enable you to grow your contacts portfolio allowing you to further develop your career.
