Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help grow a global Digital Marketing agency in Cardiff. Like you, this role is truly special, with huge opportunity! On Monday you're working with senior leadership team to build out the content strategy, Tuesday you're working on an integrated proposal and by Friday you're facilitating a training workshop, on Search. You will work seamlessly with, and have the opportunity to learn from the brightest and best at our London and Brighton offices - including travel options for key team events, meetings, and training. What's expected of you? You are a confident leader, with an ability to forge strong and purposeful working relationships with senior clients and with internal teams, quickly building trust and rapport. Experience means you are able to quickly understand your clients' business and them as people, and will be at ease providing clarity and strategic guidance on iCrossing solutions and engagements. You'll bring a strong sense of leadership, and be commercially fluent; adept at building and converting commercial opportunities. You're motivated by developing and driving success across your client base, as well as building the agency portfolio through new Business pitches that result in wider agency growth. Cardiff is a burgeoning team of digital experts; a critical part of your role is to help develop and mentor them, being an advocate and example of high-quality performance - an example of all that we do. Building and retaining strong productive relationships with London & Brighton teams is also paramount, as a team lead, and inaugural senior member of Cardiff team you'll be a safe pair of hands, pragmatic to the core and naturally invested in both the work and the people you work with. Our Welsh clients are some of our longest standing, but our Cardiff base is still relatively new. This presents an exciting and highly unique opportunity to help shape and mould our culture in the Welsh office.
