Overview
Contract Opportunity Mechanical Facilities Supervisor Venn Group are working with a private facilities management company within the healthcare industry to secure the services of a Mechanical Facilities Supervisor. Rate: £24-26 per hour Umbrella (Inside IR35) Length: 3 months (potential extension, possibility of permanent at £35k) Location: London The successful candidate will be responsible for: Carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with the agreed Schedule of Programmed Maintenance To support their line manager and other team members in the efficient delivery of the FM contract Take an active role in the management of all quality, environmental and health & safety issues on the site Provide quotations in accordance with the contract agreement for Small Works and Variation Requests Conducting weekly site inspections Identifying and sourcing of materials and specialist services to aid the ordering through FM Procurement Team Management of small teams of maintenance engineers The successful candidate will have: Excellent knowledge of HTMs, 02-01, 03-01 & 04-01 Experience with PFI contracts Minimum of 5 years post training hospital experience A strong working knowledge of Health & Safety principles including Risk Assessment, COSHH etc If you are interested in this position, please send your updated CV to or call Andy on .
