Overview
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, as Corporate Development Analyst you will have some of the following responsibilities: M&A - helping to identify, recommend and close acquisitions of lending businesses and/or loan portfolios Helping to integrate and support the new companies in to the group structure working with C-suite and leadership teams Working with current entities to deliver on the strategy and optimise performance. For example, working with the business on new products, markets, automation. Assist with investor presentations and relations You could be working within an M&A or strategy position now or you could be working within a big 4 accountancy firm working within their deal advisory team and seeking a move to industry. Experience within the financial services sector desirable but not essential. You will be looking for a broad position and being really immersed within the company. This role will cover UK & Europe with the business being well funded to be acquisitive.
