Marketing Administrator Permanent Tewkesbury £18,000 -£25,000 Adecco Worcester is pleased to be recruiting for a Marketing Administration on behalf of our Tewkesbury based client. Our client is a leading provider in their field and is looking for someone to join this busy role with within a small dedicated team. Candidate: Previous administration experience-keep eye for detail and accuracy Creative flair with an interest in marketing Self-motivated whilst working in a busy team, with a great "can do" attitude Fantastic written English for proof reading and copy writing Creative flair with an interest in marketing Previous marketing experience would be beneficial but not essential Duties of the role: Responsible for updating electronic and hard copy marketing communications and external digital marketing including emails, SMS and social campaigns Liaise with the Graphics and off site team's to produce accurate marketing literature including, POS displays and signage. Undertake weekly reports to assist the Marketing Manager in reviewing marketing activity Assist with implementing PR initiatives and events Support the Sales Secretary and Sales Manager Manage and order the stock of all marketing materials, business cards and ad-hoc items Attending meetings with the Marketing Manager as necessary Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time. Working hours are Monday & Tuesday 8am - 5pm, Wednesday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm. This is a fantastic opportunity.
