Overview
Exciting opportunity to join an ever-growing fast paced business in Leeds as Investment Operations Executive with the data reporting team on a permanent basis. Using inhouse software you will monitor and analyse client portfolios, assisting Senior Management in the production of high-class documentation and professional advice surrounding asset investments. The vast scope of the role presents a fantastic chance for individuals keen to learn more about the industry as well as those wanting to boost their existing operational skills within asset management, pensions or investments. You will adopt a diverse portfolio and work across a range of departments creating key relationships making the post fulfilling, interesting and highly rewarding. Further duties as Investment Operations Executive include: Produce client documentation Liaise with internal and external business units Take ownership on portfolio monitoring Adhoc training and project work to further expand your skills and knowledge Ideal skills to succeed in this role include: Operational background ideally within asset management, pensions or investments Strong team player but able to use own initiative Proactive, organised and able to prioritise a heavy workload High proficiency in MS Applications Due to the high volume of applications we receive, only short listed applicants will be contacted in relation to this vacancy.
