NEW ROLE An Investment Administrator role to work in a leading, highly successful Financial Services organisation in Leeds City Centre. If you are an experienced Administrator with strong Excel skills looking for a busy varied Administration role please read on You will be supporting the Investment Management team with PA and Administration support and you will be communicating with high net worth clients. The role; Collating data and assisting with the administration of their accounts Providing clients with reports on their portfolio's Producing presentations using PowerPoint Processing client payments and ISA subscriptions Meeting coordination Distribution of communication Reporting risk Client liaison Who we are looking for; An experienced Administrator, ideally A-levels and A-C in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Intermediate Excel including Pivot Tables, Excellent communication skill, professional persona, able to liaise with high network clients. You will have the opportunity to undertake professional financial qualifications.
