COMMERCIAL / RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL - IN-HOUSE - EAST LONDON An established property investment business based in East London are looking to recruit an experienced Property Paralegal for their in-house team. The business has an excellent company culture with good benefits and exposure to great quality legal work across a range of areas of law. As a Property Paralegal within the business your role will involve: Drafting and negotiating Leases, Rental Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements; Drafting Sale and Marketing Agreements and NDAs Providing sound legal advice to internal clients Property litigation work (sending letters; complying with the pre-action protocol; drafting Particulars of Claim, Defences, Witnesses' statements; trial preparation; attending court, negotiating with the other party in order to settle the matter; mediation); Dealing with intellectual property matters, such as registering trademarks; Drafting general commercial contracts; For this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 18 months experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant specialising in property, either from an in-house legal team or from private practice. A desire to diversify and get involved in other areas of law such as IP and commercial would also be highly beneficial. For more information about this role, please send your CV through to
