Overview
An opportunity has arisen to join us as an NHS Healthcare Customer Support Administrator at our Sale office. You will be working at the Trafford Co-ordination Centre (TCC) on behalf of our Client the NHS Trafford Clinical Commissioning Group. In this role you will be a single point of contact for the community. You will require a good telephone manner, a high level of interpersonal skills and a confidential and caring manner towards patients. This is extremely important as part of this role entails engaging with patients to book hospital appointments and transport. Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare role is advantageous. Basic IT skills are essential. TCC is 5 day a week, 8am to 6pm service. Working hours average 37.50 hours per week. Staff are expected to work a 3 week rota of; 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm and 10am - 6pm. Please note, this role will fall inside of IR35.
