Overview
A newly created job opportunity is available to work for our Client, an established firm of Financial Advisers based in Sale. Joining a friendly and stable team, the successful candidate will work alongside six Financial Advisers and three Administrators. You will come from an Administration background gained working within Financial Planning and will have gained an understanding of Pensions, ISA's, Investments & Bonds. This will be a very busy role and you will be expected work as part of a team. Daily duties will be varied and consist of; All new business applications on the Back Office Systems 'Intelligent Office Creating Client Valuations & Illustrations Preparing pre-meeting documentation for the Financial Advisers Liaising with Clients and Product Providers General administrative tasks including filing & faxing as well as answering the telephones and taking messages As a busy office, our Client requires someone who can join the team and 'hit the ground' running. Whilst full exam support is on offer, the successful candidate should be able to work unsupervised and be confident when using Provider Platforms and processing all aspects of business. REF: 10147
