I am working with a a globally leading provider of software and services for business. Since being founded in 2010 they have grown at 25% per year with an established retained client base and new users. They have a vibrant, young and fast paced culture where the senior leadership team recognise and promote talent. They are looking to appoint a M&A Financial Advisor for an initial 3 -6 month role to join the founders and senior leadership team as they go through an exciting period of MA. You will assist with due diligence, attend investor presentations and take full ownership of the investor model You will have previously experience of managing MA transactions, expertise in Due Diligence (Financial and Commercial) and advanced financial modelling.
