Manager of Client Services, Central London Salary competitive plus excellent benefits and package Our client is a market leading brand protection solutions provider and a need has arisen for an experienced Manager of Client Services to come onboard to manage the needs of exciting, high profile clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client facing roles and impeccable people management skills. Prior experience in an anti-counterfeiting environment will be highly desirable. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for key accounts and managing client relationships throughout entire process Highlight and implement change in accordance with clients needs and industry trends Manage a team providing anti-piracy services Collate reports and present to clients to encourage understanding of digital piracy Effectively plan, control and monitor projects whilst setting and meeting targets Experience/Criteria Anti-piracy experience highly desirable Team management (ideally 5 years experience) Proven track record of effectively building strong relationships with clients Impeccable attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable delivering presentations to clients and various groups Manager of Client Services, Central London Salary competitive plus excellent benefits and package This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89693643
