Overview
We are currently recruiting for Test & Commissioning (DAS) Engineer for a fantastic company that is growing extremely quickly and this is a great opportunity for someone to join a vastly experienced team and progress their career like no other in the market. You will be responsible for the commissioning and testing of DAS Systems for our client and the following responsibilities: Being a trusted advisor/go-to person on a range of mobile/wireless engineering projects Being a subject matter expert in the field – understanding the equipment and technologies Design, test and commission of DAS Systems Designing and performing RF surveys and transmission network design and optimization Preparing all client related engineering reports Perform simulations / create models for RF design Meet with vendors and technology suppliers to select components to be used in solutions Minimum Qualifications Required: Must have knowledge of RF Commissioning and testing experience on DAS Systems (Cobham and/or Commscope) Must have PIM & Sweep Testing experience Be willing to work nights - 11pm - 4am Located in London Authorised to work in the UK and possesses fluent English verbal and written skills Driving license an advantage Driven and passionate about the telecommunications industry Commercially aware An excellent communicator and presenter Customer centric Flexible and adaptable to change Have the ability to challenge themselves and think ‘outside of the box’ A team player Happy to be hands-on Why this Job: Working with one of the most influential, respected and knowledgeable individuals within the industry Excellent starting day rate A minimum of 6-month contract with a possibility and scope for extension This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89691899
