About the role You will be playing an important customer-facing role based in our Basingstoke offices. You must have strong communication and customer-facing skills, ideally, from a technical/customer support background, you must be self-motivated & intuitive, with a good structured approach to problem-solving & case prioritisation. You will be an assertive senior member of the Operations Team, assisting the Operations Manager. You will become an escalation point for junior members of the team; able to act as the main liaison point with the technical team to identify and resolve service issues; and liaise with the Product Manager to analyze, specify and roll out improvements to all our services. Your Responsibilities Quality reviewing incidents and identifying areas for improvement Managing multiple work-streams such as ticket queues, email inboxes, and monitoring tools Handling escalated customer queries Ensuring that Operational procedures are followed Implementation of operational systems and changes Monitoring of systems and production of performance statistics Fault finding and diagnosis System acceptance testing Production of relevant process/systems support documentation Authorise and schedule change controls in the absence of the Operations Manager Manage the Support/Escalation Rota in the absence of the Operations Manager Assisting in Problem Management, Change Management Requirements Degree level qualification, ideally this would be Computer Sciences/IT related Excellent verbal and written communications Ability to distill internal / customer suggestions and requests into workable enhancements Ability to prioritise, manage and track multiple activities and tasks Strong Customer Service ethos Willingness and ability to embrace change and learn new technologies Be driven by a sense of urgency and a “never give up” attitude Resilient, coping well under diverse workloads Hands-on knowledge of using MSSQL and/or MySQL is a Plus Our offer Want to be part of a dynamic fast-growing scale-up and global, urban mobility leader?
