Overview
My client is a rapidly growing FinTech who provide specialist lending services which help customers achieve their financial goals. They are in the process of evolving from an investment firm into a Bank and this role will play a pivotal role within that transition. The role reports directly into the IT Director and has responsibility for.: · Core infrastructure services (Server infrastructure, networks and firewalls) and any middleware services · Desktop support including collaboration tools · Core applications support for key business applications. This includes troubleshooting, user support and training and elements of small change Essential Requirements: - Broad range of infrastructure experience (networking, firewalls etc) - Broad understanding at high level, of applications especially Banking applications (lending, Savings, Treasury and Payments) - Cloud infrastructure experience - Scaled networks MPLS experience - Passionate about customer service (internal and external) Desirable: - Financial services background is preferred - Root cause analysis - Business Process improvement (potentially six sigma) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89835972
