The opportunity We are currently searching for a global leader in Private Equity. The team are currently 5 in number and headed up by an impressive Head of Tax. Our client is seeking a progression-focused Tax Analyst to add to their successful and growing team. This role will provide a top-calibre and driven candidate with an opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of tax issues spanning multiple jurisdictions. In oversight, the role includes tax compliance, reporting and advisory work for the active funds advised by the business. The candidate will provide support in the compilation and distribution of tax information for internal and external recipients whilst coordinating with external providers across multiple jurisdictions. Ensuring the funds' ongoing compliance with global tax regulations and managing the operation of fund structures from a tax perspective will be a core part of the role. Support will be given to the candidate, if desired, to take professional tax qualifications. The candidate will have the ability to contribute to and define how they want the role to develop. The successful candidate Seeking to diversify their taxation remit and get involved in new areas Likely ATT qualified/seeking to pursue further qualification Must hold an interest and basic conceptual understanding for how the private equity industry Exposure to partnerships, corporate, fund and capital gains taxation particularly advantageous Project-management focused and able to deliver under pressured conditions and deadlines Would you like £500 in high street vouchers?
