Overview
An elite US law firm are looking to recruit a Corporate Real Estate Solicitor, 2-3 years PQE, and ideally be working at a top law firm (UK and/or US) - preferably for heavyweight opportunity fund/REPE/institutional clients. You will have significant experience in (i) RE joint ventures - partnerships, companies, trusts, etc. (ii) acquisition/sale of RE SPVs (iii) RE loan portfolio sale agreements is necessary as well as some reasonable knowledge of RE finance. Experience dealing with US clients and of leading local counsel in offshore jurisdictions (mainly Europe, Lux, CI, Cayman, etc.) would be a plus as would interest and some experience in working on both UK and European deals (other languages helpful, but not a must).
