Overview
A highly-regarded international law firm is looking for a Corporate Transaction and Support Executive to join the team in their London office. The role involves providing exemplary support to the tech team, ensuring investment transactions are closed efficiently and accurately. Acting as an initial point of contact, the successful applicant will be drafting board and shareholder resolutions, overseeing and managing the company's secretarial function, preparing and filing company accounts, undertaking due diligence and arranging formation of new companies. However, this is not an exhaustive list and applicants of interest will be given a more detailed list of required duties and responsibilities in due course. The bar has been set very high for this role, and as such only candidates with a 1st Class degree from a top University can be considered. Also, applicants must have a full working knowledge of the UK Companies Act 2006 ad knowledge of corporate governance and practices. A solid corporate transactional background is essential.
