Overview
L&D Design Manager £32,000 - £40,000 London My client are a UK leading training and coaching consultancy who are looking for an experienced L&D Design Manager to join their growing team. Having recently moved into brand new offices, they are looking to grow and need a talented Design Manager who will report directly into the Head of Design. It is vital you have experience with designing and creating innovative new training courses and concepts. Responsibility: Alongside the Head of Design, develop and advise on innovative training experiences and strategic communications for clients Lead the design for low - mid complexity courses and have a good understanding of centred design, behavioural science, learning science, and/or social sciences ideas Be a point of contract for key client accounts throughout and between projects Collaborate closely and effectively with all project team and sales members to ensure smooth continuity and flawless execution on all projects You must have proven L&D design experience and be confident in creating new and innovative content and experiences.
